| Planetary Mixer |
Planetary Mixer is a vertical batch mixer ideally suitable for mixing of ointments,
paste, cream, dry powders or wet mass.
Planetary Mixer, as name suggests it has planetary type agitation pattern. The
beaters rotate around itself as well as in circular path in the bowl; this enables
faster and better mixing of materials at a considerably lesser time. |

| Features of Agitator Assembly |
- Homogenizer: High speed mechanical and hydraulic shear forces are the real
key to the success of this machine. Rotor and Stator generates a shearing action
which insures high speed emulsification for homogeneous mixing.
- Centering Scraper: Anchor type agitator with Teflon scrappers sweep the entire
circumference of the bowl and avoid localized heating/cooling and thus intimate
mixing is accomplished in PLM.
- Beaters: Orbital motion of these beaters covers all portions of the bowl as
well as it wipe each other, thus assuring no unmixed portions

| Features of Cylindrical Bowl |
| Cylindrical bowl mounted on three castor wheels leads to easy loading and
unloading. Bowl has torrispherical dished bottom covered by Jacket to operate
on 1Kg/cm2 steam pressure. It is provided with steam inlet-outlet and cold-water
inlet and outlet connections with standard fittings like pressure gauge, vent
cock, release valve and drain. |

- The bowl fits tightly enough so that mixing can be achieved under Vacuum or
pressure for Deaeration.
- All contact parts are made up of SS-316/SS-304.
- Electrical Control Panel with PLCs for easy process control.
- Capacity - 25 Ltr. to 2500 Ltr.
- Unit with FLP motors and FLP push button station available.
- MS parts shall be cladded with SS 304 Q sheet and SS parts will be polished
to desired pharmaceutical finish
