Vats & Vessels Sugar Syrup Plants are particularly used for Syrup manufacturing.
Sugar Syrup Plant mainly consists of following equipments -
- Liquid manufacturing Vessel - Along with Baffles & Jacket
- Sugar Syrup manufacturing Vessel - Along with Baffles & Jacket.
- Storage Vessel
- Vacuum system for transfer of sugar syrup
- Pipelines - Manufacturing Vessels and Storage Vessels are connected through
individual pipeline. Inline Sugar Syrup Pre-filters are provided. All connections
like bends, tees, valves, inline sight glasses are of Tri-clover / Din Standards.

| Special Features of Vats & Vessels Sugar
Syrup Plant - |
- Sugar syrup and manufacturing vessels are JACKETED with limpet coils for heating
and cooling.
- These vessels can withstand internal vacuum to facilitate transfer of sugar
directly from stores to sugar syrup vessel.
- Filters provided at the bottom can be easily dismantled and cleant, sanitized
or sterilized.
- Bottom Entry propeller agitators are available.
- Capacity - 500 Ltr. to 2000 Ltr.
- M.O.C. - SS 304 / SS 316.
