Our Story
Vats and Vessels was established in 1980 with a clear purpose: to provide Indian and global process industries with custom-engineered equipment that meets the highest international standards. Over four decades, we have grown steadily — expanding our product range, our manufacturing capability and our global footprint.
In 2012, we transitioned to a Private Limited entity, formalising our commitment to long-term growth and international business. Today we are a comprehensive one-stop shop for process equipment — from a single blender to a complete manufacturing plant.
Founded
Established as a proprietary company in Vasai, Maharashtra. Initial focus on pharmaceutical blending and mixing equipment.
Expansion into Chemical Sector
Extended product range into chemical and industrial process equipment. First export orders fulfilled.
International Standards Adopted
Full alignment with ASME, DIN, BSS and TEMA standards. Expanded to serve food, cosmetics and oil industries.

What you see here is the inside of a Ribbon Blender — mirror-polished to a finish that eliminates product retention, prevents microbial growth, and meets the most demanding GMP and cGMP standards.
Every weld, every curve, every surface is finished in-house using TIG/ARGON and Laser welding techniques — because what's inside the machine matters as much as what it produces.
