The Nutsche Filter is the preferred filtration solution for pharmaceutical-grade separation, providing a fully closed, controlled environment for the most demanding filtration tasks. Its sealed vessel design ensures total process containment — zero dust generation, zero atmospheric contamination, and complete operator protection from toxic or potent materials.

High vacuum operation allows filtration at reduced temperatures, essential for heat-sensitive active ingredients. The polished internal surfaces facilitate reliable Cleaning-In-Place (CIP), dramatically reducing cross-batch contamination risk and minimising changeover time. Where an agitator is required for cake washing or reslurrying, an Agitated Nutsche Filter Dryer (ANFD) configuration can be supplied.
