RotoCone Vacuum Dryer

The RotoCone Vacuum Dryer (RCVD) combines the gentle tumbling action of a rotating double-cone with the thermal efficiency of high-vacuum operation. Under vacuum, solvent boiling points are significantly reduced — allowing drying at substantially lower temperatures than atmospheric dryers. This protects heat-sensitive active pharmaceutical ingredients from thermal degradation while achieving thorough, uniform moisture removal.

The continuous rotation ensures every particle is constantly exposed to the heated surface, preventing hot spots and delivering a completely homogeneous final product. An integrated condenser and solvent receiver captures evaporated solvents for recovery and reuse. The sealed, contained system ensures zero dust generation — making it ideal for toxic, potent or sterile materials.
