DryersStatic shelf drying under vacuum — zero agitation, zero particle loss, complete solvent recovery.
A Vacuum Tray Dryer (VTD) operates by removing moisture from materials under reduced pressure — lowering the boiling point of water or solvents and enabling efficient drying at significantly lower temperatures than conventional atmospheric dryers. Material is spread on trays placed on multi-tier heated shelves within a hermetically sealed chamber, and a vacuum pump evacuates the system before drying commences.
Unlike rotating vacuum dryers, the VTD is a static process — there is no agitation, meaning absolutely no dusting, particle attrition or loss of fine material. Our VTD units are supplied complete with a hot water heating arrangement, solvent extraction condenser system and a single integrated control panel — as shown in the product photograph — making them a complete, ready-to-install drying solution.
